Find Your Size

Do you have a light to regular flow? Try our regular cup.

Do you have a heavy flow? Try our heavy cup.

To insert
  • Fold the cup into a C-Fold, Punchdown Fold, or 7-Fold. If you don’t know what those are, watch the videos about them here.
  • Aim the rim of the cup towards your tailbone as you insert it.
  • Insert the cup until the stem is about 1½"
  • (2 cm) — roughly from your fingertip to your first knuckle — above your vaginal opening.
To remove
  • With clean hands, feel for the stem of the cup without pulling on it.
  • Push the cup towards the entrance of your vagina using your ab muscles. (Those are the muscles you feel tighten when you cough.)
  • Pinch the base of the cup (not the stem) to release the seal. While pinching, pull the cup out.
